The Natuzzi Italia leather cleaning kit includes a leather protector, leather cleaner, and ink remover. The cleaning kit also includes a sponge and a soft white cloth that can be used with the leather cleaner or protector.

INK REMOVER is a stain remover that removes recent ballpoint pen, ink, and lipstick marks from pigmented leather surfaces. It must not be used on aniline, semi-aniline, nubuck, or suede leather. The removal of stains becomes more difficult over time; therefore, it is recommended to intervene promptly.

Pre-test: Before using the product, try on a hidden area. In case of discoloration, do not proceed.

Instructions for use: Remove the screw cap and twist the product out for about 4 mm. Repeatedly pass the stick over the place to be cleaned, exerting slight pressure. Leave for about 30 seconds then remove with a soft dry cloth. Remove the residues with LEATHER CLEANER.

LEATHER CLEANER is a water-based detergent, designed to gently clean without damaging the natural beauty and softness of the leather. It is very effective for the general cleaning of leather upholstery and removing recent food and drink stains. Thanks to the enzymatic technology, it also eliminates unpleasant odors.

Pre-test: You must shake the bottle well and try the product on a hidden area using a soft white cloth. Check for color releases or streaks after drying. In case of unsatisfactory results, discontinue use.

Instructions for use: First, try to remove excess liquids or dirt as much as possible using kitchen paper towels. Shake the bottle well before use. Apply the product to the sponge and compress it until foam is produced. Rub the sponge on the surface to be cleaned in circular motions. On areas where the dirt is more intense, dab well with the sponge. Remove excess foam and residual dirt with a white cotton cloth. To remove odors, apply the product on the area to be treated and leave it on for 12 hours, covering the treated area with a damp cloth. If necessary, repeat the cleaning or odor removal procedure. Leave to dry. When the leather is dry, apply a LEATHER PROTECTOR. The extremely precious “Natural” leathers have undergone as few processes as possible to keep the original splendor intact; this makes them much more delicate, therefore the stains may not be completely removed, or rings may persist after application. It is highly recommended to adequately test the product in a hidden area before use on these leathers. LEATHER PROTECTOR is a water-based protective cream for all leather types, except nubuck and suede. LEATHER PROTECTOR protects the leather from oil, water, and dirt that settles daily. Furthermore, it keeps the leather soft and flexible, preventing cracking.

Pre-test: You must shake the bottle well and try the product on a hidden area using a soft white cloth. Check for color releases or streaks after drying. In case of unsatisfactory results, discontinue use.

Instructions for use: Shake the bottle vigorously, pour LEATHER PROTECTOR on the white cloth supplied, and apply with circular movements being careful to spread the product as evenly as possible over the entire surface of the leather. Pay particular attention to areas subject to the greatest use. The fats and acids present in the sweat, although not visible, cause deterioration over time which can be slowed down with proper cleaning and protection. Leave to air dry after application. If you want a higher degree of gloss, after drying it is possible to buff the leather with a light, soft cloth.

TIPS TO MAINTAIN THE NATURAL SPLENDOR OF YOUR NATUZZI SOFA:

• After purchasing, immediately protect your Natuzzi sofa by applying a LEATHER PROTECTOR. Followed by a cleaning and protection treatment at least twice a year. For sofas subject to heavy use, for example, those in front of the TV, treatment is recommended every two months.
• Avoid placing the sofa near fireplaces or radiators. This can cause excessive dehydration of the leather.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Any material fades with time.
• Scars and wrinkles; these natural signs are proof of the authenticity of the leather and are not considered defects.
• In case of non-removal of dirt with the products contained in this kit, the use of other products and aggressive rubbing are not recommended.
